This is super basic, but torrenting is super easy
First download Transmission, and install it.
then go to a site like The Pirate Bay. Do a search for something you want.
Click the download icon (looks like a little green arrow pointing down i think) and a file will download that probably ends in .torrent. Double click it.
You're done
2 extras:
if you click the little magnet instead of the green arrow in sites like The Pirate Bay you can skip the download and double click.
Eztv is a great place to get good quality, recent television.
